International meddling, allegedly Foundation corruption

VOA News: “Haiti has instability throughout its history, the current situation stems from Moise’s assassination in 2021. Since then, the country has been without a president or a functioning government. There have been no elections, and the terms of the last National Assembly members expired in 2023.Mar 12,”
“In 2010 a powerful 7.1 magnitude quake devastated the capital, claiming approximately 300,000 lives. The epicenters of the 2021 and 2010 earthquakes were approximately 63 miles apart and are thought to have occurred along the same fault line. The epicenter of the 2021 earthquake was 78 miles west of Port-au-Prince.Sep 5, 2023.”
UN News: “On January 12, 2010; 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck Haiti, leaving its capital Port-au-Prince devastated. About 220,000 people were reportedly killed, among them, 102 United Nations staff who lost their lives when the building housing the mission there, known as MINUSTAH, collapsed.Jan 12, 2022.”
